1. The Defendant: (a) the employees of Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in Samsung Heavy Industries committed a theft using the gap in which he was fluor and bicycle, with a locking room as they were attached to the Defendant.

B. At around 06:30 on July 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of property equivalent to KRW 1,225,00,00 in total in the market price, consisting of 1,225,00,000 of the following methods: (b) one cellular phone device at the market price of KRW 9.80,00,000; (c) one cellular tape at the market price of KRW 1,50,00,000; and (d) one set of working clothes at the market price of KRW 1,225,00 in cash at the market price of KRW 40,00.

C. On July 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 06:20 on July 3, 2015, the victim F, parked in the above restaurant, stolen the total market value of KRW 2.220,000,000 in the market value, which includes one cosmetic at the victim F’s market value of KRW 10,000,000; and (b) one gate at the market value of KRW 150,00 in cash.

On July 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 06:20 on July 4, 2015, up to 06:20, one of the two keyss to the unclaimed vehicle G in the market price owned by the Victim G; and (b) one of the 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000.
