1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 156,200,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 11, 2019 to the date of full payment.

According to the joint business agreement concluded on December 2, 2017 between the Plaintiff and the Defendants (a joint business agreement signed between the Plaintiff and the Defendants (a joint business agreement signed between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on December 2, 2017, providing the Plaintiff’s event site for the “F” business located in Seopopopopo City D, and the Defendants provided and operated the foregoing business contents, and the Defendants jointly and severally paid KRW 41,250,000 to the Plaintiff as basic income and paid KRW 50,000 upon the completion of the business with KRW 50,000 from April 1, 2018 to February 18, 2019). The Defendants paid KRW 146,200,000 as basic income to the Plaintiff and KRW 50,000,000 for the business closure amount and KRW 156,20,000 for the remainder of the claim after delivery of the claim by the Plaintiffs.
