A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 1,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall operate any motor vehicle ordered to suspend the operation;

Nevertheless, around 13:40 on April 2, 2017, the Defendant operated BMF car, which was ordered to suspend the operation as of April 19, 2016, on the road in front of the hot spring waterway distance of 301, as the Sincho-si, Sin Si office, Si office, from 301.

2. Around July 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) made one registration license plate in a manner of making the FMW car registration number plate “D” on the air bMW car registration number plate, which is an air bMW car, installed in the air bMW car registration number plate in the original city; (b) made it forged, and operated the said car by not later than April 2, 2017 while attaching the forged registration license plate.

For the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate without authority and exercised a forged air defense.

3. The Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document was controlled by a police officer while operating a motor vehicle that was ordered to suspend operation at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) at the time and time, and at the place specified in paragraph (1), and used a driver’s license, which is an official document, by presenting the Defendant’s type I driver’s license to conceal his/her unauthorized driving.

4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and operated BMW automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
