1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a corporation established pursuant to the Korea Airports Corporation Act to efficiently construct, manage, and operate an airport.

The Plaintiffs, as Defendant’s employees, retired from office on each day indicated in the “Retirement Date List” column of the same Table.

The remaining plaintiffs have worked until the closing date of the instant case.
