Punishment of the crime
【Defendant A was sentenced to six months from June 3, 2009 to imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of private documents in the Dong branch of the Busan District Court on November 26, 2009, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 29, 2009. On May 30, 2014, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Busan District Court on November 29, 2009. On June 10, 2014, the judgment became final and conclusive on June 10, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】 Defendant A is a person who operated a soup room exclusively for women with the trade name “F Women’s Syleba” in Article 401 of the Busan Shipping Daegu E.T. 401.

A, at a place where the place is unknown on July 11, 2008, G through G, stating that “A would lend money to the victim H as he is arrested at the Busan Police Station and requires agreement, and if he/she lends money, he/she would operate a F female friendship and pay it as his/her profit.”

A, as seen above, by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 10,400,00 from the victim’s bank account in the name of G to the bank account in the name of G, as well as by the aforementioned method until June 29, 2012, A received KRW 512,761,100 in total from the victim on 30 occasions as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes.
