1. The defendant shall pay 22,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from October 29, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant is liable for the repayment of KRW 22,400,00 to the Plaintiff. As such, the Plaintiff’s assertion that the Plaintiff is liable for the payment of KRW 22,40,000 to the Plaintiff, there is no dispute between the parties. In full view of the entries in the evidence Nos. 1 through 3, C’s testimony, the testimony of the witness, the transfer branch of the Nonghyup Bank, the written central branch of the National Bank to the National Bank, the fact inquiry reply to each of the fact-finding, and the whole purport of the pleadings, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact-finding that the Plaintiff lent KRW 22,40,00 to the Defendant around December 17, 2010 without fixing the maturity

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 22,40,000 won with 20% interest per annum from October 29, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the service of the original copy of the instant payment order.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
