1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from May 21, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 4-1, 2, and 5 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff was paid KRW 50,00,000 to the defendant on May 21, 2014, but he/she lent to the defendant within one month from the time when the plaintiff demanded repayment. The plaintiff demanded repayment of the above loan to the defendant on May 2015.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above loans KRW 50,000,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from May 21, 2014 to the date of full payment.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
