1. The defendant is based on the transfer on January 12, 1970 of the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) Around October 18, 1952, the Daecheon Repair Association was established under the former Joseon Repair Association Order (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2 of July 2, 1917, and repealed by Article 2 of the Addenda to the Land Improvement Project Act (Act No. 948 of December 31, 1961) and was merged into the Bocheon Repair Association on December 4, 1961, and pursuant to paragraph (6) of the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 948 of December 31, 1961 and repealed by Act No. 2199 of January 12, 1970), and was repealed by the former Rural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199 of January 12, 1970 and enacted by Act No. 507 of December 29, 195).

(2) The National Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 succeeded to the rights and duties of the National Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of the above Act.

3) On December 29, 2005, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) changed the name to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005), and the name was changed to the Plaintiff on December 29, 2008 pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008).

From the beginning of the Cheongcheon Reservoir Construction Work on the land including B, it was completed around 1962. Since that time, the real estate in this case was occupied and used as the site of the Cheongcheon Reservoir Reservoir, and the Plaintiff is currently acquiring and managing the reservoir at present.

C. The defendant registered as the owner on December 22, 1956 on the land cadastre of the real estate of this case, and on July 6, 1987.
