1. On June 19, 2015, among the Plaintiff’s conjunctive claim, the Defendant’s ancillary claim is Daejeon U.S. Seo-gu, the area of C used to the Partnership on June 19.

Details of the disposition
Pursuant to Article 2 (2) and (3) of the former Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products (amended by Act No. 6699, May 13, 2002; hereinafter “former Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products”), the establishment of standards for the allocation of the area for the use of facilities is a “central wholesale market” established in the Seongdong-gu Nowon-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City in July 2001, and the Plaintiff and B Association (hereinafter “B Association”) are wholesale market corporations designated by Article 2 (7) of the former Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products.
According to Article 6 (1) and attached Table 3 of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Management and Operation of Agricultural and Fishery Products Wholesale Market, two wholesale market corporations may be established in Category D of the wholesale market in this case, and only the Plaintiff and B Cooperatives shall be designated as a wholesale market corporation of Category D from the time of the establishment of the wholesale market in this case.
