Punishment of the crime

A is the representative director of the GED lighting parts manufacturing company in the Dap-si F, the defendant C is the former director of the above company, and the defendant B is the regular director of the above company.

In June 2013, the State (the competent department) and the Energy Management Corporation and the Korea Electric Power Corporation, as part of the Electric Power Efficiency Improvement Project, came to proceed with the “H Business” as the source of the Electrical Industry Foundation Fund.

Accordingly, in the Korea Electric Power Corporation, at least 15W of input power, at least 400 square meters in electric light, at least 140 degrees in sn beam, and at least 140 degrees in sn beaming function, the Korea Energy Corporation selected six companies holding products certified as high-efficiency energy machinery and equipment from the Korea Energy Corporation as manufacturers of high-efficiency lighting in order to supply them to double-generation farmers, and the aforementioned six companies publicly announced the selection of ED lamps to support 50% (40% after September 1, 2013) of the unit sales price of the manufacturer when replacing the high-efficiency energy machinery and equipment manufactured from the above six companies with the existing white-ray.

On the other hand, G Co., Ltd. stated two models of 7.5W MaD Lighting ( Model Name I, J) and 12W MaD Lighting (K) as “1.29 on May 13, 2013,” but the indictment was revised as above, referring to the 221 to 223 pages, and 307 to 309 pages of the investigation records.

Until June 12, 2013, the Korea Energy Management Corporation certified high-efficiency energy machinery and equipment, and was selected as a manufacturer of high-efficiency DaD lighting from the Korea Electric Power Corporation.

However, the above three models were not interchangeed with various kinds of Dammers installed in the double-generation farm and they did not function normally. Accordingly, in order to supply high-efficiency Domling function to the double-generation farm in G Co., Ltd., the above Doming function was newly developed, and the above Doming function was re-certified as high-efficiency energy machinery and equipment from the Energy Management Corporation.
