A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2013, the Defendant was hospitalized in a hospital by taking advantage of the fact that multiple insurances are subscribed to to a large number of insurance contracts with the victim life insurance company, the victim AI life insurance company, the victim Samsung life insurance company, the victim Korean-style life insurance company, the victim Matz fire insurance company, the victim interesting marine insurance company, the victim AI non-life insurance company, and the victim AI non-life insurance company, and then was able to receive insurance proceeds from the victim company by claiming insurance proceeds.

Accordingly, from February 27, 2013 to March 26, 2013, the Defendant was hospitalized in order to receive insurance proceeds from E hospital located in Namyang-si, in order to receive insurance proceeds on the grounds of drilling and other conical disorder. On March 26, 2013, the Defendant claimed insurance proceeds from the victim company through the Japanese Daily Customer Center of Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and received 625,000 won from the victim company as insurance proceeds on March 29, 2013 through the person in charge of the victim company.

The Defendant, along with this, was hospitalized in order to receive insurance money from the E hospital, F hospital, G Council member, H regular surgery, and the I hospital located in Incheon for 24 times during the period from around that time to February 12, 2016, and was paid KRW 157,84,818 as the insurance money from the victim company by claiming the said seven insurance companies to receive the insurance money, even though it is possible to receive the medical treatment at the time from the Namyang-si Hospital, F hospital, G Council member, H regular surgery, and Incheon.

2. On Nov. 1, 2013, the Defendant jointly committed with his/her husband and wifeJ, under the name of his/her husband and wifeJ, multiple insurances are subscribed to the East Life Insurance Co., Ltd., the victim Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd., the victim L/C Co., Ltd., the victim M/C fire and marine insurance Co., Ltd., the victim interesting marine insurance Co., Ltd., the victim AIG non-life insurance Co., Ltd.
