1. Disposition of restricting the participation of unjust enterprisers by the Defendant against the Plaintiff on April 15, 2014, from April 25 to October 24, 2014.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On January 24, 2011, the Defendant was designated as a “other public institution” pursuant to Article 5 of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions as a company with the development, etc. of electric resources for business purposes, and was changed to a “market-type public corporation” under Article 2011-1 of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance notice pursuant to Article 6 of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.

B. On October 2, 2003, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with the Defendant for the supply of goods (the name of the goods: MV MTAL-CAL SDR 1-821-ESW 01M et al., 154) with respect to the goods (the name of the goods: MV MV MGW 1-821-ESW 01M et al., 154) (hereinafter “instant contract”).

C. Around June 2008, the Plaintiff supplied the goods to the Defendant, submitted the test report under the name of C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) on terminal block (Terminal Blocks, hereinafter “the instant terminal block”) and quality assurance letter 14 (hereinafter “the instant test report, etc.”) among the parts constituting the instant high pressure blocking base.

Since then, the defendant confirmed that the test report of this case, etc. of this case was forged, and on April 15, 2014, on the ground that the plaintiff falls under the "person who submitted forged or altered documents concerning bidding or contract", Article 39 of the Act on the Operation of Public Institutions, Article 15 of the Rules on Contracts for Public Corporations and Quasi-Governmental Institutions (hereinafter "Rules on Contracts for Public Corporations") and Article 76 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party (hereinafter "State Contract Act"), Article 26 (1) of the defendant's Contract Rules, Article 97 (1) 8 and [Attached Table 10] subparagraph 10 (b), the defendant participates in the bidding for six months (from April 25, 2014 to October 24, 2014) conducted by the defendant pursuant to subparagraph 10 (b) of the attached Table 10).
