Punishment of the crime

At around 02:30 on May 7, 2013, the Defendant, who was preparing for business at the D restaurant operated by the victim C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, putting the plastic garbage b on the floor into the entrance by gathering the plastic garbage b, thereby impairing the usefulness of the Defendant, thereby damaging the marketable property and destroying its utility.
