Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a C passenger car driver.

On December 14, 2014, the Defendant was driving the foregoing vehicle on December 14:10, 201, and turned to the left in the direction of the new road from the opposite Dong-dong to the Escopon road located in Seo-gu, Busan.

In this case, the defendant engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the occurrence of an accident in advance by safely driving the steering side and the steering gear by properly operating the steering system.
