Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Defendant 24 to 26, Nos. 29, 33 and 34 of seized evidence.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants and D (the same day designated number) are Chinese nationals who entered Jeju-do around December 7, 2016, after obtaining official cards that can be used in the said Article (including serial numbers, effective periods, etc.) from Chinese people, and forged a credit card under the name of another person, and conspired to purchase and sell fake phone with forged credit cards, etc., and to divide profits therefrom.

1. On December 2, 2016, the Defendants committed the crime of forging a credit card by linking the cards at the guest room in which it is impossible to know the address from the beginning of the beginning of the same month to the police officer during the same month, and by using another person’s credit card, which was obtained by means of inputting the card with the carder’s name, and then passing through the carder’s flag by using the carder’s name in which the carder’s name was obtained, and the credit card was acquired by an irregular means, and then forged the credit card in total 10 as shown in attached Form 10, including by forging the credit card issued by the Bank of Korea through the carder’s name.

2. On December 14, 2016, the Defendants of the crime of using a forged credit card: (a) purchased a Mat H from the victim G operation in Jeju-si F on a total of five occasions on December 14, 2016; (b) purchased a 7 mobile phone from the 2alon store in the 2alon store; and (c) presented and settled a forged credit card (I) issued to J, an employee as if he/she was actually issued a genuine credit card; and (d) received a delivery of 7 mobile phone of an amount equivalent to KRW 1,370,000 of the market price from the 7 mobile phone unit in the 1,370,000 from the 7 mobile phone unit in the 1,430,800 won in the 12:52 of the same month; and (c) purchased goods at the 7,000,000 won in the 12:52 of the 13rd on the 10th day.
