1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with a fine due to interference with business affairs by the same court, and on March 14, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine as an assault in the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch.
