Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2017, the Defendant driven a B Kan-Pon car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.233% at the 3km section from May 20, 2017 to the front road of the 313km-dong Soyang-dong, Mayang-dong, Seoul, to the front road of the 313 Agricultural and Fishery Product Center, as the Defendant had a knowledge of the same Gu.
