Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In spite of the fact that anyone is unable to use or profit from state property without following the procedures and methods under the State Property Act, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for use of state property, installed sperm and container stuffs without permission from around 2005 to February 26, 2015, and used or profit from the administrative property by using them.
