Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 29, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a B body-man car from a section of about 1 k from the area of gold to the 16th day of gold-ro in the same city from the French land (hereinafter referred to as the “Seung-dong”) in Sinung-si around 13:30 on February 29, 2016.
