A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From August 2009, the Defendant was living together with the victim D (here, 39 years old) from around August 2009.
