1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A, who committed the crime of conspiracy, is a person operating a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “D” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the beginning of September 2017, and Defendant B is a person working as an employee of the said business establishment from around November 2017.

On November 20, 2017, the Defendants conspired to employ female employees E and found in the above business establishment at around 14:30 on November 20, 2017, and received 1.50,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from F, a male guest, and had E engage in sexual traffic with F, and had E engage in commercial sex acts.

2. Although Defendant A is prohibited from advertising a business establishment that is engaged in the conduct of engaging in commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts or commercial sex acts, Defendant A advertised “G” as “H” in the name of “AS(50 minutes VIP services) 80,000,000 won in the name of “AS(20 minutes Maz. 30 minutes Maz. 30 minutes Maz. 40 minutes Maz. 40 minutes Maz. 40 minutes Maz. 50,000 won in the CS(VIP services)” and “10% Maz. Maz. 20 minutes Maz. 40 minutes Maz. Maz. 150,000 won in the name of “10% Maz.”
