Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell alcoholic beverages that are harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, around 21:00 on July 7, 2012, the Defendant provided and sold alcoholic beverages of KRW 68,000 as alcoholic beverages and jujus, such as W'D (17 years of age and remaining) in the restaurant, and six persons (68,000 of alcoholic beverages and jus, such as W'D (17 years of age and remaining) in the city of the operation of the Defendant.
