A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Incheon District Court on March 8, 2007. On November 11, 2010, the Seoul High Court sentenced three years to imprisonment for the same crime and completed the execution of the sentence on July 8, 2013, eight times the same criminal records.

[Criminal facts]

1. On August 28, 2013, around 15:27, 2013, the Defendant came to a “D” office, a gambling factory located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and had employees entered the said factory room and located in that place.

A cash 20,000 won, 40,000 won or more, or 30,000 won or more, the market price, which was entered by the head of the National Bank's Cream Card, 1,000 won or more, 30,000 won or more of the victim F, 2, 2, 1, 1, or 1 driver's license, respectively.

2. On October 7, 2013, at around 13:45, the Defendant came to the “H” office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and the victim I entered the place in order to put the market into the market, and 190,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 190,000 won in market price entered by two credit cards.

3. On October 24, 2013, at around 12:35, the Defendant came to “K Industrial Complex” located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and had employees enter the said industrial shelter and had been in the said place.

They opened the object and carried 4,30,000 won in cash owned by the victim L, one unclaimed wall in the market price.

4. On February 10, 2014, from around 13:30 to around 14:20 of the same day, the Defendant came to a “N” factory located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu M, and its employees entered the above factory away room between the construction site and the construction site.

A cash of KRW 15,00,00 in cash from a victim's wall owned by the victim's O and located in it, KRW 24,000 in cash from a wall owned by the victim's P, and KRW 20,00 in the bank owned by the victim Q Q.
