Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, in collusion with E, the Defendant forged two copies of an application for joining the mobile phone in the name of F, which is a private document related to rights and duties, for the purpose of exercising rights and duties, and upon knowing such forgery, the Defendant exercised the forged application for joining the mobile phone as if it were duly formed, respectively, and in the process, the Defendant committed as if he were F.
B. The Defendant and E are the Defendant of fraud No. 1
As described in the paragraph, an application for joining a forged mobile phone shall be opened through the F's mobile phone, and it shall be sold and shall have a sales revenue source.
