Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A filed a claim for the payment of insurance proceeds with Defendant A in collusion with D, E, and F, around 19:30 on February 26, 2010, the roads in front of Samsung Building located in Sungnam-dong, Changnam-dong, Changwon-si, the front part of the GM5 car driving by H with the front part of the GM5 car, and the following facts were reported to the effect that the aforementioned taxi did not accompany D, E, and F, and that the employees of the MMzz and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. were suffering from injury due to traffic accident, and that it was received 1.5 million won from the victim as insurance proceeds on March 2, 2010, including that the victim received 1.5 million won from the victim as insurance proceeds on March 2, 2010 to March 8, 2010, by obtaining the total insurance proceeds from the victims through two times as shown in Appendix No. 1, No. 2200,000 won as the victim’s list.
2. On April 16, 2010, Defendant B conspired with J, K, L, and M, filed a claim for the payment of insurance money with the effect that, around 17:00, Defendant B received the part of the rear-gu Central Elementary School located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, the front offender of the NM7 vehicle from Defendant B, and the J received the part of the rearer of the O Tran XG vehicle operated by Defendant B with the front offender of the NM7 vehicle. The above accident was intentionally caused the above accident, and Defendant B did not have any injury, and Defendant B did not receive the victim’s Mz Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. from Defendant B, the victim’s employees, who were the driver of the OMXG vehicle due to traffic accident, obtained the claim for the payment of insurance money from the victim under the pretext of “the victim’s 30,000 won and the total amount of the insurance money received from the victim by 30,000 won through 156,000 won, including the No.30 days from 20.
