Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2020, at the parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant cut off the locks that are corrected by the victim C at the market price of at least KRW 500,000,00,000, and boarded the bicycle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
