Defendant

On January 15, 2014, A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Gwangju District Court for aiding and abetting Violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on April 30, 2014.

1. No one shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or re-purchase of intangible results obtained through the use of game water, and he/she shall engage in speculative activities as a business using slot machines or speculative gaming machines;

In doing so, from April 10, 201 to April 25, 2017, the Defendant leased the second floor of the commercial building located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, and established and operated the 40 game room of "E", which is "E". Defendant B aided and abetted A’s transshipment and speculative businesses by working as an employee of the above game hall in order to assist Defendant B in engaging in money exchange and speculative acts as seen above at the date and time, place, and place specified in paragraph (1) by calculating the points of the game machine at the request of customers, giving cash, excluding commission fees, etc.
