On July 26, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.117% of blood alcohol level around 22:00, operated B rocketing car in front of a cafeteria located in the vicinity of the town located in the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Gyeongbuk-do, and driven approximately 45 kilometers in front of the end-distance distance in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-do.
