The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On April 29, 2019, at around 19:55, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.113% at approximately 600 meters from the front side of the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, around 20:05 on the same day.
