On December 11, 2012, at around 18:30, the Defendant driven a BSP vehicle owned by the Company (SPPP) from the vicinity of the orchard located in Suwon-dong 51-20, Suwon-dong 51-20, Suwon-dong, Suwon-dong, to the right upper end of 906-5, Dong-dong, Dong-dong 906-5.
