Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On September 22, 2017, at around 00:40, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of 0.115% alcohol concentration in the blood alcohol level at approximately two kilometers from the trade name in the south-dong, Seo-gu, Cheongju-si to the front corner of the road adjacent to the White Child Care Center located in the same Dong-dong.
