Purport of claim and appeal
1..
Reasons
1. The grounds for the judgment of the court of the first instance citing this case are based on the second-party 1 of the judgment of the first instance.
Pursuant to Paragraph 5, the Defendant’s F.O. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. P. F. F. F. F. P. F. P. F. P. F. F. P. F. P. F. P. F. P. F. P. F. F. P. P. F. F. P. F. P. P. P. F. F. F. P. P. P. F. F. F. P. P. P. F. F. F. P. F. F. F. E. P. P. E. P. P. F. E. P. F. F. F. F.
2. Additional determination
A. An appraiser H of the first instance court’s assertion that the Defendant’s assertion was made (hereinafter “appraisal”) failed to make an appraisal because the pictures of the readable object were written, and the result of the appraisal commission was returned to the first instance court. The Defendant, even though the Defendant submitted additional pictures of the readable object, requested for the supplementation of the appraisal, the appraiser rejected the substantive response.
Therefore, the result of the appraisal commission to the appraiser of the first instance court is unfair, and the defendant's error due to the accident of this case should be made to supplement additional appraisal of the damages.
B. In light of the result of the first instance court’s entrustment of appraisal to the appraiser, the result of the first instance court’s entrustment of appraisal, and the result of the commission of appraisal supplementation as of November 21, 2018, the appraiser revealed that “the appraiser was given the appraisal of this case through the due diligence of the appraiser himself/herself, the market survey, and the review of relevant data submitted by the applicant for appraisal,” and that there was no answer to the first instance court to the effect that the materials necessary for appraisal are insufficient, and that the result of the first instance court’s entrustment of appraisal is not deemed unfair
3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
