Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 8 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on September 23, 201, and a fine of KRW 8 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Western District Court on November 8, 2011.

On May 15, 2018, at around 04:00, the Defendant driven an EM6 car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about about 10km from the street in the city B to the Do government-si Durel parking lot. The Defendant driven an EM6 car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.059%.
