A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Chuncheon District Court's original branch on July 27, 201, and on October 12, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving). However, the defendant is in bad credit standing at that time and is another business.
