Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2014, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without a car driver’s license, from the front line of the Master Road in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front line of the Master Road, about about 10 km from Gwangju to the front line of the Drown-dong 952.
