Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 17, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven CK5 cars without a vehicle driver’s license while under the influence of alcohol leveling about approximately 2 km from the front side of people who walked in the monthly village of Gwangju Mine-gu to March 22:50, 2014, from March 17, 2014.

2. At around 22:50 on March 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license; (b) made two lanes in front of the sunlight and the right-hand turn from the right-hand side of the Gwangju Mine to about 20 km in the speed of Si/Gun/Gu depending on one lane from the right-hand side at the right-hand side of the high-tech middle school; and (c) the said intersection is allowed to turn to the right-hand turn; (d) the driver making the left-hand turn to the right-hand turn is obliged to turn to the left-hand turn, and (e) there was a duty of care to check the right-hand side and the right-hand turn well before making the left-hand turn; and (e) the driver who has made the left-hand turn to the right-hand side of the victim D(50 years of age) who is directly in the right-hand side of the said car in the right-hand side of the said vehicle.

3. On June 29, 2014, at around 10:20, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a F strawing car at approximately 6 km section from the front side of a desired hospital located under the Seo-gu Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, to the front side of the Gwangju High-speed bus terminal in Seo-gu.
