Punishment of the crime

1. No person who commits a joint crime by Defendant A or Defendant B shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver, or distribute such medium, knowing that such medium is to be used for a crime;

가. 접근 매체 전달 피고인들은 초등학교 동창생들인 바, 2017. 5. 18. 경 인터넷 ‘G’ 라는 알바 구직 게시판을 통해서 알게 된 위 쳇 아이디 ‘H ’를 사용하는 성명 불상 자로부터 ‘ 체크카드 등을 전달, 유통하여 주면 1건 당 6만원을 지급하겠다’ 는 제안을 받고 이를 수락하였다.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit a crime and delivered an access medium with knowledge that they will be used.

B. On May 22, 2017, at around 15:00 on May 22, 2017, the Defendants: (a) in collusion with the Defendant holding an access media post office located in the Dong-dong in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) in compliance with the order of the above-mentioned nameless boxes, receive the door-to-door distribution contained in T’s new physical card (U), T’s KB’s national card (V), and W’s post office C’s physical card (X) 3; and (c) at the Zter in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City around 16:00 on the same day, C-BK.
