Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was sealed B on March 13:42, 2020; (b) was loaded with the Victim C, who is the chief of the cargo vehicle; and (c) was parked at the E auction house located in D at Doo-si; (b) parked the said cargo vehicle; and (c) was parked with the victim, and (d) was present at the destroyed auction on the cargo vehicle.

At the time, the above cargo is parked far from about eight meters of the sea and the sea, and there is a warning place towards the sea for drainage, so the defendant has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance, such as filling the vehicle with bracker, installing a brack with the wheels of the vehicle, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to stop driving of the vehicle, and did not keep the braced while leaving the speed of the vehicle without leaving it in a neutral state, and was negligent from leaving the vehicle to the outside of the same day on the same day on the 14:21st day of the same day, while the Defendant boarded the said cargo to the sea according to the gradient, and eventually down down the said cargo to the sea.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim's death in the sea due to such occupational negligence.
