The reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and such reasoning is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

(1) The court of first instance is justified in finding facts and determining the first instance even if the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance shows evidence No. 13-18 submitted by the defendant to this court, and there is no error as alleged by the defendant as the grounds for appeal. Thus, the court of first instance is justified, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
