A. The first announcement of this case for the selection of cleaning agency is notified that the Defendant is no longer capable of engaging in the business from a domestic waste collection and transportation agency (hereinafter “cleaning agency”) in charge of part of the area in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City (Seoul Metropolitan City 3 dong, 1-4 dong, dong, Dodong, Doamb, Doamb, 1-2 dong), and the second announcement was made on December 2, 2013 under Article 2013-1021 of the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City public announcement on December 2, 2013, to select cleaning agency (hereinafter “the first announcement”), and the main contents of the said announcement are as follows:

1. Details of public announcement: New permission (one enterprise) for domestic waste collection and transportation business;

2. Period of public notice: From December 2, 2013 to December 26, 2013 (b).

9.Qualification requirements (to meet all of the following requirements). A corporation or individual for the collection and transportation of household wastes as of the date of the public announcement shall have a domicile in Busan Metropolitan City, and an office, parking lot, transshipment facilities, and employees' rest room, shower room, etc. of a person who has no grounds for disqualification under Article 26 of the Wastes Control Act.
