1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 30, 2006, the Plaintiff completed business registration with the name of “C”, and on the same day, engaged in domestic waste collection and transportation business upon obtaining permission from the Defendant. With respect to the name of permission for the above waste collection and transportation business, the Plaintiff and D shall be the Plaintiff and D on April 10, 2013, the Plaintiff and E on May 27, 2013, and the F on December 30, 2014, respectively, received a report to change the name of the business owner to F on December 21, 2015, and the name of the business owner was changed to F on January 28, 2015, and the name of the license for the waste collection and transportation business was changed to F on January 28, 2015, G shall be deemed to have completed business registration with its trade name, and the instant vehicle shall be deemed to have been subject to permission for the instant waste collection and transportation business (hereinafter “H”).

3) Domestic wastes are classified into general domestic wastes and food wastes. The Defendant, among domestic wastes in the jurisdiction, entrusted the disposal of food wastes to C and other enterprises from 2005, and directly collected and transported general domestic wastes. 4) The Defendant decided to entrust the collection of general domestic wastes in L and M areas to a private enterprise pursuant to Article 14(2) of the Wastes Control Act, and on March 20, 2013, announced the recruitment announcement of an entrusted enterprise (hereinafter “instant recruitment announcement”).
