The defendant is a person who has weak ability or will to discern things due to Compilation mental disorder, bipolartic disorder, etc.

1. On March 28, 2020, around 05:30 on March 28, 2020, the Defendant stolen goods worth approximately KRW 200,000,000 in the market price, such as liquid books, sights, and flafs, owned by the victim, and flafed in front of “D” sales stores of used goods in the “D” operated by the victim C in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jongno-gu, by completing his/her business and taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim returned home.
From this point to April 7, 2020, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims of the total market price on five occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, from this point to April 7, 2020.
2. Around April 4, 2020: (a) around 07:10 on April 4, 2020, the Defendant: (b) opened a gate that was not corrected for the purpose of theft of the victim’s property as stated in the attached list of crimes Nos. 4; and (c) invaded the victim’s property.
3. On April 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 23:19 on April 23:19, 2020, opened a corrected gate and arbitrarily opened a cosmetic room in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu H and the first floor; and (b) went into the cosmetic room; (c) subsequently, the Defendant stolen goods worth KRW 225,000,000 in total, including 180,000 won and 5,000 won (per 9,000 won) at the victim’s market price in the cosmetic room.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

1. On March 22, 2020, the Defendant, on the part of March 22, 2020, was in front of the Victim LA management office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, at around 08:49, in front of the said office, opened an entrance that was not corrected and intrudes into the said office, and then arbitrarily uses the victim’s management office’s share of KRW 1,00,000, the market price of the said office.
