1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) C and the Defendant D are buildings listed in attached Form 2 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list 1 of the real estate list (hereinafter “instant land”) is owned by Plaintiff B. The real estate listed in Paragraph (2) of the attached list of real estate (hereinafter “instant main building”) is owned by Plaintiff A. Meanwhile, the Plaintiffs are married and simplified, and the Defendants are de facto marital relations.

B. On April 16, 2007, the Plaintiffs and Defendant C entered into a lease agreement with the term of 15 million won, monthly rent of KRW 500,000,000, and 36 months with respect to the instant land and the instant building (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
