A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around May 2017, the Defendant came to know through victim B (n, 36 years of age) and Internet hosting apps and sent them to internal relations from June 2017.
The victim, despite the existence of his/her spouse, was on June 2017, when the defendant was in Korea with the defendant from June 2017, he/she asked the public to disclose the list of mobile phone calls when he/she suspects the male relations of the victim of ordinary families, and collected the telephone records, and made the defendant notify the defendant of his/her decision on June 2019.
The Defendant, who was dissatisfied with the above notification from the victim, found a way to keep the victim’s knife and to keep the victim’s knife.
