Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 24, 2013, at around 02:00, the injured Defendant expressed the victim’s bath on the ground that the victim was under drinking alcohol with the victim at the victim D (n, 47 years of age) located in Gumi-si, Sinsi (hereinafter referred to as “victim”), while drinking alcohol with the victim, she cannot cover four fingers in the drafting of the female, thereby leaving the face up to the hands.

As a result, the defendant put the victim into a medical examination and injury of the non-medical treatment days.

2. Around August 24, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using a communication medium) sent the victim’s photo taken with the victim’s cell phone at the time of living together with the victim’s cell phone at the time when he/she was living together with the victim as described in paragraphs 304 through 15:28 on August 24, 2013 to the cell phone of the victim’s family-friendly job offering victim’s current cell phone.

As a result, the Defendant sent the images that cause sexual humiliation to the other party by using communication media.

3. On August 24, 2013, from around 15:45 to around 16:02 of the same day, the Defendant taken a photograph of a 11 minute 32 seconds of the victim, who did the act of omitting the sound of the victim under the influence of alcohol by using a camera from the victim’s cellular phone as described in paragraph (1), and a 11 minute 32 seconds of the victim’s motion picture.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame against the victim's will.
