A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On September 24, 2012, at around 06:45, the Defendant 201, while drunkly boomed the D Boxes located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, and told the police officer’s assistant in charge of the D Boxes that “I am going to find employment without going through or going to go through a false fry,” and that I am to go to the head of the E, and continued to go to go to the end of the reported shotfer while I am going to go to the head, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties within the police box for about one hour by assaulting the police officer, such as E, who was going to walk in the direction of the entrance and exit of the police box.

B. At around 18:40 on December 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had drunked the fabbb, and had been on duty without any reason, thereby soliciting F to return home to the police officer F and the police officer G, who had been on duty without any reason; and (b) had assaulted F to have the fabb, e.g., “fabbch fabbb fab fab fab fab fab fab fab fab fab fab fab fab f

C. At around 03:30 on December 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) found a brupt (30 cm in total length, 10 cm in guns) under the influence of alcohol; and (b) prevented a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties for about 5 hours and 30 minutes by threatening the police officer’s slope Hashesing, “I will not see it. I will see it. I will not see it. I will see it. I will see ..............................) by threatening the police officer to “I will see the brus, I will not see it...............”

On December 26, 2012, at around 05:48, the Defendant found that he drinked the above D Boxes. However, the Defendant installed in front of the new wall “I” restaurant on the same day, but was dispatched upon receipt of a report, and was in custody at the above H’s bicycle storage facility, and was in custody of it.
