1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each money and each of the above money stated in the "personal fee sheet" in attached Form 2.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a local medical center established by Chungcheongbuk-do pursuant to the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Local Medical Centers (hereinafter “Local Medical Centers Act”) and the Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Local Medical Centers of Chungcheongbuk-do (hereinafter “instant Ordinance”). The Plaintiffs are indefinite contract workers in charge of cooking at the Defendant’s cafeteria, etc. and the members of the Korea Health and Medical Industry Workers’ Association (hereinafter “instant trade union”).

B. On December 30, 2010, the Defendant concluded a collective agreement with the instant trade union (hereinafter “instant collective agreement”) including the following purport:

1. Basic pay: It shall be applied lower than the basic salary of the public official's remuneration regulations, and it shall be as specified in attached Table 1;

2. Fixed meal cost: A fixed meal cost of 130,000 won shall be paid on the monthly benefit day.

3. Traffic subsidy: The traffic subsidy paid on the monthly salary day according to the class shall be as specified in attached Table 2;

4. Class allowances: Class allowances paid on the monthly salary dates according to the class shall be as specified in attached Table 3;

5. Allowance for good attendance and additional dues for good attendance allowances: The allowances for good attendance and the additional dues for good attendance allowances to be paid on January and July of each year according to the number of years of service shall be as specified in attached Table 4;

6. Family support expenses: 16.7% of the basic salary on the monthly salary day shall be paid as the household support expenses;

8. Salary adjustment allowances: 21% of the basic salary shall be paid as the salary adjustment allowances on the date of November of each year;

9. Risk allowances: Risk allowances paid on a monthly salary basis shall be as specified in attached Table 5;

10. Family allowances: Family allowances paid on a monthly salary basis shall be as specified in attached Table 6;
