1. As to the instant accident
A. The relationship between the parties is the start work of the Daegu Seo-gu E Bathing Construction Work (hereinafter “the instant Construction Work”). Defendant B is the representative of the F Co., Ltd. who operated the instant construction site, and Defendant C is the employee of G at that time, who is a worker of G and operates H concrete pumps (hereinafter “C”) at the construction site of this case.
On the other hand, Nonparty I was the Director of the Plaintiff Company in the instant construction work, and the deceased J (hereinafter referred to as the “victim”) was a construction engineer, and was assigned as the Vice Director of the Construction Site of this case as an employee of the K&A, an affiliated company of the Plaintiff Company.
B. Defendant B, at around 17:20 on July 29, 2016, completed the work of removing waste materials from L 3.25 tons from underground floor to ground at the construction site of this case (hereinafter referred to as “the Defendant B”) and completed the work of removing waste materials from underground floor at the site of this case and became a situation in which the wheels would no longer move to the floor.
