Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around September 16, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on the roads of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 3 km from the front of the B apartment to the southsan 2 Tunnels road located in 101, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu.
2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a car of Crens.
