Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 13, 2016, at around 02:06, the Defendant discovered the victim D(29 years of age) 5,00 original rights between the victim D (29 years of age) and 3 pages, such as the new bank body ck card, and the wall on which the resident registration certificate is included, and stolen it.

2. On September 13, 2016, around 02:24, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business: (a) committed an act as if he had the right to use the new bank check in the name of D, which was stolen, such as the preceding paragraph, in front of the office in the Jung-gu Seoul Central Office; and (b) paid 35,000 won to the taxi terminal in the Defendant’s operation of the taxi; and (c) subsequently, the Defendant illegally used the stolen bank card.
